Every severity rating is computed from verified numeric thresholds from authoritative providers (Open-Meteo, USGS, GDACS, NASA FIRMS). The AI layer may only summarize, explain, compare, translate and advise on that verified data — it never invents weather, coordinates, or disaster severity, and always cites its sources.
